Давно наснимал роликов, демострирующих работу Compiz в Linux. Но руки не доходили выложить их сюда. Пришло время исправить это досадное недоразумение.
Итак — эффекты рабочего стола Линукс :

И еще :
[flashvideo file=videos/mydesktop2.flv /]
